This weeks wedding detail goes back to the traditions but with a personal flair. On April 25, 2009 Jacob had the pleasure of shooting the wedding of Jessica and Joe at the Island Club in Coronado. They stuck to tradition with a lovely, layered, white wedding cake from the European Cake Gallery. This cake was simply decorated by Diane’s Flowers with mini sunflowers that matched the entire wedding but the topper is what set this cake apart. This couple had a lot of personality so it is no surprise that they wanted to show it off.

Jessica and Joe had a custom cake topper made to look like them with Joe as the heroic fire fighter and Jessica as the beautiful Hawaiian Tropic model this cake topper was perfect.
