Working with Cotton Incorporated for Corporate Event Photography
Hosted by Cotton Incorporated every year to share the latest research on their over 400 agricultural research projects focused in optimizing efficiencies such as decreasing inputs of fertilizers and pesticides, identifying soil conservation management practices, and more, the Cotton Sustainability Summit invites those in the industry to learn and form better, more effective, and planet conscious practices.
An event that we have photographed for the past few years, we work hand in hand with them to craft event photography that shows off the lectures, allowing them to have marketing materials to highlight the hard work and in depth research that they have accomplished throughout the past year.
Crafting A Corporate Event Photography Plan for the Cotton Sustainability Summit
Held at the Estancia La Jolla and the Scripps Seaside Forum this past year, we worked alongside the team to capture the various educational lectures & seminars offered by the Cotton Sustainability Summit, as well as their dinner & reception where professionals in the industry were able to mingle & relax. By setting a schedule where we would be able to capture images that highlight the various important moments, our team was able to help them show off the best of every opportunity offered by the Cotton Sustainability Summit, both recreational & educational.
Creating Marketing Materials with Corporate Event Photography
After the event, Cotton Incorporated gave us a list of images that they wanted to use as soon as possible to show off their successful event. With our highlight turnaround after the event, we were able to provide them the specific images that they needed the next day after their request to create the perfect marketing materials to send to their attendees and use on their social media.
It was an honor to once again photograph the Cotton Sustainability Summit, and provide corporate event photography that they not only enjoyed, but were able to use to advertise this past summit— and hopefully the following year’s!
