To say we are head-over-heels for Nate and Karlee and their Museum of Contemporary Art wedding is simply not enough… Head-over-heels-over-a-shark-over-a-volcano is more like it!
These two are unbelievably awesome – stylish, elegant, modern, and so completely in love with each other that every portrait of Karlee and Nate makes our hearts do backflips!!
We started off this wedding day at The W San Diego (now the Renaissance San Diego Hotel), with glamorous portraits of these two getting ready for the fun. Their First Look on the rooftop was so dramatic and romantic, and we love that we could also grab portraits with their adorable #frenchie puppy! Plus, we just can’t get enough of Karlee’s gown from BHLDN!
After exploring the beautiful hotel and finding so many colorful, elegant spots to photograph, we headed down to Burger Lounge La Jolla. After all, it’s really, really important to remember to eat on the big day! It was SO cute, capturing Karlee and Nate sharing a milkshake, burger, and fries together!
At last, it came time for Karlee and Nate’s ceremony at the Museum of Contemporary Art. Ann’s Plans helped Karlee and Nate bring their design to life, and our breath was taken away by Darrinity By Design’s dramatic florals and Extraordinary Desserts dazzling array of sweet treats.
Every part of Karlee and Nate’s Museum of Contemporary Art wedding was true to their hearts and simply unforgettable!
