Today is a day of many 1sts here at Bauman Photographers: it is the first time I am blogging (ever in my whole life)…I am the new Studio Manager here trying my best to fill the big shoes that Kristin left behind. It is also the 1st ever Restaurant Review Friday (which will be more of a recap of the weekly Bauman Lunch ). And it was the first time I have ever been to this week’s lunch spot destination: Phil’s BBQ…which by the way I was told prior to going that this is a Bauman favorite so if I would like to stick around here I better like it…the pressure was on.
Bronson and Jared showed me the ins and outs of the menu.
They recommended several things, one of them being the Rib Tickler pictured below.
I however dismissed their suggestions and ventured out on my own and tried the El Toro sandwich and was quite tickled by it anyway.
And for those of you that have heard of the weekly Bauman lunch may know about the book of questions. This week’s most thought-provoking question:
If there could only be 3 pizza toppings in the world what would the be. Answers you ask?
Bronson (the meat lover): pepperoni, sausage, and green bean???
Jared (the gourmet): BBQ chicken, red onion, and struggled to find a 3rd
Jacob (the extreme gourmet): gorgonzola, pear, and spinach
Eder (the supreme): pepperoni, mushroom, and green pepper
Karey…me (the vegetarian..on pizza’s only): artichoke, mushroom, and I also had trouble committing to a 3rd

To wrap it up the food was great, the service was great, and everyone was happy…especially Bronson.
