We are we so excited to share our Bauman Lunch with Jess & Margeri from Events By Design!! They are such great friends and we had a blast catching up. We decided on Thai Food for lunch and one of Jared’s favorites places is Amarin Thai in Hillcrest, which also has a restaurant off Mira Mesa Blvd and is just as delicious! We met up at Siam Nara and were seated right away despite the heavy lunch traffic. We knew if it was that busy the food must be amazing, and we were not disappointed. We all ordered some lunch specials, which came with soup, salad and an egg roll. The tofu pad thai was great and fresh. Jared and Jess had the Panang Curry which is Panang chili paste in a rich coconut milk with bell peppers. Jess was adamant about getting hers super spicy, but clearly the waitress did not trust her judgement and toned her “level 6” down to a “level 1” haha! Overall, it was another great lunch with wonderful company : )
