Concepts Event Design Product Shoot

As a vendor in the San Diego wedding community, we end up pairing up with a lot of the same companies each and every weekend to pull off their productions everyone refers to as “weddings” 🙂  We honestly couldn’t do the work we do without the help from a lot of the amazing vendors out there!  They make our job so much easier through all the different things they do.
A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of helping out one of our fellow wedding vendors: Concepts Event Design.  Concepts, run by Haydee and Frederico, is full service rental company that rents wedding essentials such as linens, napkins, chairs, tables, lighting, even charger plates …. you name it and they probably have it somewhere!  They are re-designing their showroom space, and needed photos of every single product they offered!  Well, 10 hours later, I think I had photographed every last napkin and tablecloth swatch!
We’ve known this team for years, and absolutely love working with them.  In fact, my wife and I used them at our recent wedding!  It was so much fun to be around them for a few days, and experience what day-to-day life is around their shop (you all probably have a feeling for what its like around our studio day in and day out ….. 🙂
It was also fun to challenge myself to do a different kind of photography.  While we aren’t known for our product photography, it reminded me how enjoyable change is, and that we really have a future in it.  I posted a few sample shots to give you an idea of what they offer – look for all of this very soon on their website!
