The Bauman Crew took a quick trip down to Hillcrest for some delicious Thai Food at one of our favorites, Amarin Thai Cusine! We all were so looking forward to this meal : ) We even had our newest Intern, Chantey join us! Zimmer and Josie shared the Chicken Pad Thai & Chicken Yellow Curry. Both were cooked perfectly and since they were on the lunch special, they came with soup, an egg roll, potato triangle, and salad. Everyone agreed they had the best egg rolls out of every San Diego Thai Restaurant we had tried. Eder had the Drunken Noodles with scallops that he requested to be at a level 5 (out of 10) for how spicy he wanted it. Along with Eder, both Chantey and Bronson ordered the same thing but with beef, they were taken aback by how incredibly spicy their food was! Now that must have been one extremely spicy dish if they had a hard time with it! Bronson also treated himself to a refreshing Thai Iced Tea which took the edge off his extra spicy dish! Josie and Zimmer took it upon themselves to help the nice lady out front with her sign, trying to direct more traffic to the restaurant after we all left very fully and happy!
