We could not decide on a place this week so we each wrote down a restaurant and threw it in the bucket to pick, and Eder chose Zimmer’s idea of sushi! We all jumped in Bronson’s truck (minus the car seats) and headed into North Park to test out North Park Sushi & Grill. They had a large menu of lunch specials, most being under $7 and included soup, rice and salad. Eder had the Beef Teriyaki & California Roll, he felt the beef was tasty and it was plenty of food! Josie and one of our newest Interns, Kaitlin had the Chicken Teriyaki & Gyoza and Bronson had the Beef Teriyaki & Spicy Tuna Roll. Zimmer opted for a few a la cart dishes like the Mixed Tempura, Pizza Roll and Sunset Roll which made for some great sushi photos. The fish seemed fresh and was made very quickly! We took some time to run around the North Park Art District and take a few photos with the painted walls, hope you enjoy! We had a blast : )
