This week for Bauman Lunch we went to an old classic, Phils BBQ in Point Loma and because we got there relatively early were were able to order our food and sit down within 20mins! Everyone was pleased with their food, like always. Josie had the pulled pork sandwich, Jared had the rib tickler and Zimmer went with the ribless dinner…some of our favorite side dishes include the baked beans and coleslaw but the fries and onion rings could have been cooked a little more. We raced back to the studio to meet the ever so amazing Merrylin Brichmann of Artistic Productions who brought us all homemade apple pie with ice cream! As if that wasn’t enough, she came with a box full of fresh oranges and lemons from her yard! We all sat around the kitchen and caught up over warm apple pie, an absolute perfect summer treat : ) Thank you Merrylin!!
