Karlee and Nate have a knack for bringing a spark of energy to everything they touch. Over the past decade, we’ve fallen in love with Balboa Park, Sunset Cliffs, and downtown. San Diego has so many gorgeous spots for a shoot! But with Karlee and Nate, we fell in love with these familiar locations all over again. Their personalities ignited these places, and we’re so thrilled to see how fresh and fun every moment feels.
Karlee’s a counselor for foster families in San Diego, and her smile is as dazzling as her cheerful personality. Nate’s background in fitness training shines through in his epic athletic skills. We’re so glad he brought his sweet yellow bike to Balboa Park. It matched his sweetheart’s outfit just perfectly! Setting out for Sunset Cliffs, Karlee and Nate’s awesome style brought out the romantic, rosy light in a way we’ve never seen before, and the shots of these two by the sea take our breath away. Karlee and Nate’s session ended with some pictures on the roof of their building downtown, as these two enjoyed a cup of coffee and some dessert together — joined by their adorable dog!
We’re unbelievably excited for their wedding this fall at the Museum of Contemporary Art — so keep an eye out for more of Karlee and Nate’s sweetness in just a few months!
