Team Bauman sizzles with talent, from Eder’s athletic feats of photography to Bronson’s incredible ability to get the most epic shots — even if he has to hang from a building to do it! We always want to go above and beyond for our awesome clients. So, to celebrate the whole team’s hard work, we host the annual Baumies during award season. This time, we partied at Bronson’s beautiful home, with a delicious dinner prepared tableside by the executive chef of Eclipse Chocolate Bar & Bistro.
We’ve got very high standards with our food, just like with our photography — and we were absolutely blown away by the custom tastes and dishes their chef had selected for us. Some of our favorites were the creamy crab gratin drizzled in vanilla butter, the coffee-braised short ribs with rosemary and thyme grits, and a roasted tomato stuffed with quinoa and crusted with buttered panko and fennel pollen! The glorious taste of victory is so sweet, and something to savor!
