The day began at The Inn at the Park, a boutique hotel nestled in the heart of Hillcrest, just west of Balboa Park. Anthony and his guys selected sleek suits, rocking the classic combination of black and crisp white. These dapper gentlemen were so stylish, and it was great to capture awesome portraits with them in their room and the hotel’s hallways.
Amy was jaw-droppingly gorgeous, with her delicately-embroidered dress by Here Comes the Bride and her gorgeous white anemone bouquet designed by Embellishmint Floral and Event Design. The elegant black and white theme was echoed by her bridesmaids, who wore lovely, lacey black dresses and carried white bouquets.
Amy and Anthony’s traditional ceremony at the historic St. Joseph Cathedral was a reverent celebration. It also parted the rainclouds, and offered the first glimpses of blue sky on this cloudy day. From there, the celebration continued at the Coronado Community Center, which was beautifully designed in Amy and Anthony’s classic style. From first dances filled with laughter and tears, to an incredibly fun party, this was a day to remember. Congratulations, Amy and Anthony!
