I actually first met these two at Elizabeth’s sister’s wedding many years ago. I remember being struck by how well they danced when a swing song came on …. little did I know that was going to be a huge theme at their future wedding. Elizabeth and Joe first met while swing dancing, and that has carried through as a theme in their relationship. They invited Sara and I out to dinner one night awhile ago, and we got to experience some amazing swing dancing by them and their friends. I was literally blown away by all of the talent. And, if I remember correctly, Elizabeth and Joe won a pretty huge dance contest recently …. well, its easy to see why.
Beyond all of the swing dancing, these two are so laidback and yet so passionate at the same time. The wedding was a perfect reflection of these characteristics. And of course, them and their friends danced the night away 🙂
