The only thing you could hear was birds chirping in the hills surrounding Julian – Katie and Luke’s wedding was close to their hearts because they held it at the Descanso Town Hall where they celebrate thanksgiving every year. Katie got ready for the wedding at her grandmothers house, a rustic cabin that was built in the 1920’s!
Although it was a very hot weekend, the sky was a beautiful blue and the family and friends gathered had a wonderful time.
You may notice my beautiful wife in the wedding party – she has been friends with Katie since High School!
The best part of the day was when we found a really cool field to shoot in later that afternoon – Great light, just what I imagined for a truly Jamul wedding.
