Welcome back to the never-ending saga that is the Bauman Photographers studio upgrade. This week’s edition involves the moving of a 560lb desk. No I am not kidding. Ok, I might be exaggerating but this was a calculated guess. Three grown men can barely move it. We know it’s over 300 pounds and under 1 ton, so that’s how I came up with 560.
Back to the story. THE DESK has been in my area of the studio for 3 1/2 years. It is a two-piece wood monstrosity that took over approximately one third of the back room. There are no words that can accurately depict how heavy it is. I will allow photographs to do the work for me.
These shoes were tucked away under THE DESK since WWII.
Flexing. Despite the enormity of these muscles, the desk was still difficult to move.
This was after multiple toes and fingers were smashed. It started getting a little loopy.
