Showing Off Your Office With Corporate Event Photography
When Halozyme moved into their new office space, they wanted to show off the features and areas to potential future employees as well as valued customers– and what better way to do so then to host an event where they could get plenty of photos to use for marketing! The team at Halozyme first reached out to our team at Bauman Photographers about how they could use our corporate event photography to commemorate such a huge night for them, and capture images that would show off their spacious new location and state of the art lab spaces.
As we discussed their corporate event photography needs, we broke it down into two separate categories: (1) behind the scenes shots where the team would actively use their state-of-the-art laboratories, and (2) event photography of their open house celebrating the opening of the new space. By splitting it into these two categories, the team at Halozyme would have images both depicting their space in use that they could use for marketing purposes going forward, as well as images commemorating their open house.
Extending Your Corporate Event Photography Coverage With Bauman Photographers
One benefit to working with Bauman Photographers is that we are always happy to extend our corporate event photography; all you have to do is ask! Though we originally planned on staying two hours, the team at Halozyme requested that we stay an extra hour to capture more events throughout the night, and make sure they had plenty of materials they could use to showcase their new space.
During our time at Halozyme, we enjoyed getting to know the highly intelligent and skilled employees as we captured them working before the open house; afterwards, we enjoyed watching them relax and enjoy their new workspace as they showed family and valued clientele their new space!
