So last weekend I had the pleasure of working with City of Hope on one of their very large fundraisers. Let me tell you, the event was quite amazing – the Crown Room at the Hotel del Coronado! And thats just the start! But it was an awesome event to be a part of. They really are working for an amazing cause over there – you can just see it in the eyes of everyone that was there. They had quite a few cancer survivors there, all of whom had gone through City of Hope , and who spoke of the experiences. It really brought into light how lucky we all are, to be able to get up everyday, go about our lives, laugh, smile – everything. The auction they had raised quite a bit of money, and they had this awesome casino set up after the dinner!
