Ahhh, what an amazing wedding! So this marked the second straight day I was at the Coronado Community Center 🙂 I photographed Amy and Ed’s wedding the day before with Jacob. It was pretty funny being in the same place two days in a row – thats never happened to me as a wedding photographer.
Christine and Ryan are one of these drop dead gorgeous couples. They’re the kind of couple that you always picture photographing. And, to top it off, they are also an incredibly sweet couple. We started off the wedding photography at Loew’s Coronado, and Christine and Ryan had their First Look there. We then dashed over to the beach for all of the wedding party photographs. It was a bright, sunny day – we got some great “San Diego” feeling images. I haven’t ever photographed an entire wedding party on a Lifeguard tower, but it sure did come out well! I should probably do it more often, seeing as I’m a San Diego wedding photographer 🙂
For a community center, Coronado sure does have a nice one! I love the vibrant green colors, the ivy and lattice walkways.
And then the party got going. I haven’t seen this much dancing in awhile. There were people on the dance floor . . . all night 🙂
I have to give a huge shout out and thank you to Jeff Youngren for second shooting this wedding with me. What an amazing shooter, and presence, he is. You might remember Jeff from our “blog war” we had with him a few years ago 🙂
I left this wedding feeling very blessed to do this for a living.
